02-518-0680A nurse call system lets patients communicate with the people caring for them, using call buttons and call bells to summon a nurse or carer. It is widely used in hospitals, elderly care homes and convalescent centres, and is also installed in public areas.
Suntec Technology Co., Ltd. has been the distributor for AUSTCO nurse call systems from the United States for over a decade. That experience and expertise led us to develop our own IP CALL nurse call system, designed and built in Thailand to the international standards IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2, the same standards applied to medical equipment. You can be confident that both our products and our after-sales service keep improving, so that people in Thailand have access to a quality nurse call system.
The "Austco" nurse call system has been designed and developed continuously to cover many kinds of use and requirement, including retirement homes, hospitals and patient care centres. We have brought a range of capabilities together in one system, with the safety and comfort of the user as the main consideration.
Every "Austco" call button resists the build-up of bacteria on the button itself, and the range holds UL certification, the United States safety standard. That is why hospitals, health promotion centres and care centres for patients and the elderly across Thailand have trusted it for more than a decade. Suntec Technology supplies two "Austco" models, Medicom and Tacera, to cover a wide range of user requirements.
The "IP CALL" nurse call system is designed and developed by Thai engineers to suit users in Thailand and to genuinely cover what patient care requires here. We have brought a range of capabilities together in the "IP CALL" system. Our purpose-built devices connect easily to many kinds of medical equipment over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to pass alerts through to carers, and the system can raise emergency alerts such as patient fall detection, which can happen anywhere in a facility. The design starts from the safety and needs of both the carers and the people being cared for.
On safety certification, our equipment is certified to medical-device level safety standards, and it is antibacterial, resisting the bacteria that can build up on frequently touched surfaces.
We have long designed and installed nurse call systems, fire alarm systems
and lightning protection systems for both private companies and government agencies.
A nurse call system lets patients communicate with the people caring for them. It consists of call buttons and call bells that a patient presses to call a nurse or carer when they need help. It is widely installed in hospitals, elderly care homes and convalescent centres, as well as in public areas.
Two brands are available: Austco nurse call from the United States, for which we have been the distributor for over a decade, and IP Call nurse call, which Suntec developed and manufactures in Thailand.
It is manufactured to the international standards IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2, the same standards applied to medical equipment. You therefore get confidence in both safety and electromagnetic compatibility when it runs alongside other medical devices in a healthcare facility.
It depends on how you will use it. Austco is an imported brand available in two models, Medicom and Tacera, and suits projects that want a widely used international brand. IP Call stands out for connecting to medical equipment over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and for emergency alerts such as patient fall detection.
