Two brands are available depending on how the system will be used: Austco from the United States (Medicom and Tacera models), for which Suntec has been the distributor for over a decade, and IP Call, which Suntec develops and manufactures itself to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2. What are the steps from start to completed installation?
Our engineers start with a site survey to work out how many installation points are needed and which system suits the site. We then design the system and prepare a quote. Once agreed, our team installs, tests and hands over the system, and continues to maintain it after the sale.
